Refund & Returns Policy

After Publisher sells downloadable digital products.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except where required by law.

Digital Products

Once your purchase is completed, you receive access to the digital files included with your order.

Because you receive immediate access to those materials, we cannot accept a return in the same way a physical product could be returned.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing to make sure the product is appropriate for your needs.

Download or Technical Problems

We absolutely want you to receive what you purchased.

If you experience a problem such as:

  • A download link that does not work
  • A missing file
  • A corrupted or unreadable download
  • Difficulty accessing your purchased files

please contact us at help@afterpublisher.com.

We will make a reasonable effort to restore your access or provide a replacement copy of the purchased files.

Technical problems with delivery do not automatically qualify for a refund when we can successfully provide the purchased digital product.

Compatibility

Product descriptions may identify the file formats included with a purchase, such as PDF or Microsoft Excel files.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure they have appropriate software or devices capable of opening the included file formats.

A lack of compatible software generally does not qualify for a refund.

Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds because:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing
  • You decided you no longer need the product
  • You did not use the product
  • You found similar information elsewhere
  • You expected services, consulting, file conversion, or personalized technical support that were not included in the product description
